Members of the Travel and Tourism Industry are invited to pre- register for access to ARENA, the next generation in reservation distribution systems. Registration is free of charge for both suppliers/wholesalers, travel agents and tourism retailers and only bona fides organisations should apply. The acceptance of the terms and conditions is essential for a valid registration and should be read and understood before submitting your application.

Upon approval of a valid registration and the release of ARENA, administrative passwords will be emailed to the register company for initial access to the system. Further users can be added to the system following the initial logon by the manager or administrator.

ARENA can also facilitate in-house reservations and still provide distribution on a global basis. Referred to as ARENA One, interests in this facility can be registered by ticking the box in the form below. When an enquiry is received, we will contact your company to discuss this matter further.
