ARENAOne provides travel and tourism suppliers with a cost effective reservation facility for in-house operations and is a fully managed service by TDS with no requirements for computer server hardware installation.
While ARENAOne users share the same computer equipment as ARENA, they are provided with a separate database, for maintaining their own content. By sharing the ARENA computer hardware, users also have access to ARENA's global distribution network at no addition cost. |
The cost for this service is based on an annual fee, calculated by the number of required users. Please note that users can be located in different office locations. The annual fee includes all software and hardware upgrades, maintenance, data backups and recovery, training and support.
A further advantage with ARENOne is that there is no large initial capital outlay and the service can be expanded to meet your needs without the high cost of computer hardware upgrades. The combination of in-house reservation plus distribution privides a powerful option to reservation requirements.
