Our mobile service has created an additional interface to the ARENA application, which also operates on a global basis for  the convenience and flexibility of instant reservations. All bookings made through the mobile service are accredited to the travel agent that registered the mobile user for commission revenue.

With the continuing introduction of smart mobile phones, the growth in mobile bookings will continue to grow and become a major channel for generating business within travel and tourism. The solution developed by TDS provides access to a range booking options, due to the consolidation of content within ARENA database.

1. Travel agents, operating the ARENA distribution system, are provided with the facility to register their clients for access to the mobile booking service and from that time, all bookings generated by their mobile clients will be accredited to that travel agent. The mobile users you register remain your clients.
2. Mobile clients will still need to contact their travel agent for further advise, cancellations or amendments, as these facilities are restricted within the mobile application, due to the possibility of cancellation charges that may apply.
3. All mobile bookings, made by your clients, can be viewed within your ARENA application and can be altered by your staff if required. Travel agents also have the ability to generate bookings in ARENA for a mobile user and pass them through to the user's mobile device.
4. All bookings, made by mobile users, must meet payment requirements before final confirmation of new bookings.  The mobile service includes a credit card payment facility with all payment going directly to the service supplier.
