ARENA meets industry requirements for lower distribution costs and by consolidating a wider range of travel and tourism content, over a single distribution platform, the system allows travel suppliers and retailers to operate more efficiently.

Operating on an international  basis, ARENA provides suppliers with the ability to trade directly with travel agents and assists in maintaining industry outlets as the major distribution channels for all travel and tourism services.

Access to ARENA is free of charge for industry members with suppliers only being charged a transaction fee for a confirmed reservation, which represents the distribution cost. An approved registration is required for participation in the system, which can be completed on this website (see below).

 
To extend the distribution reach of ARENA to clients’ of travel agents, TDS also provides a fully integrated mobile booking interface to the ARENA application. This unique service allows travel agents to register their clients for the service and maintain their customer relationships. All bookings made by your clients via the mobile facility are accredited to your company for commission revenue.

This mobile booking service is designed to position travel agents in the fore-front of mobile travel technology and widen their customer service. Only ARENA participant have the ability to register clients for the mobile service.
